Como Nurse Practitioner te explico (me lo preguntan muchísimo): se llama queratosis pilaris ("piel de gallina"), común e inofensiva. Tu piel produce queratina, y cuando se produce de más tapa el poro del vello — ese tapón atrapado es la bolita. El error que las empeora: tallarlas a lo bruto, que solo irrita y puede dejar manchas, porque el tapón no se saca a la fuerza, se disuelve con cuidado. Por eso me gusta el Remedy KP Scrub (creado por dermatólogo): no es un exfoliante áspero, trabaja con química suave — urea (disuelve la queratina y humecta) y ácido láctico (afloja células muertas sin lastimar).
